Treatment for all Fears, phobias, panic and anxieties with Hypnosis
Do you ever feel that your thoughts and emotions control you, rather than the other way round?

Sometimes, you can feel as if something bad is about to happen for no apparent reason. As if you are about to have to do something, but you don't know what.

This sort of general anxiety or fear is usually generated by an unconscious response to the 'misuse' of the imagination. Basically, the 'back part' of the mind is getting the message from the imagination that something bad is going to happen, and so creates a state of readiness in the mind and body: anxiety.

This can partly be due to experiences in the past, or a lack of an ability to tolerate uncertainty - not knowing what is going to happen, but whatever the reason, the mind can learn to relax and take things as they come.

And this is how this fear and anxiety session works. By enabling you to enter a calm and relaxed frame of mind, the unconscious mind can learn to 're-set' its responses to things back to normal, allowing you to enjoy every day with less anxiety, and more comfort.

Phobias are fearful reactions which are involuntary and typically perceived as being hypersensitive — over-reactions to a stimulus due to an initial sensitizing event which programmed us to react in a certain way.

As an example: a young child has a large and apparently vicious dog jump on her and knock her down and bark angrily in her face. Whether or not the child is actually injured, the power and the immediacy of the event is significant enough for her that it causes a very fearful reaction to be installed at a very deep level of her consciousness.

In some cases, stimuli which are much more general may trigger similar reactions of fear even though they seem inappropriate at the conscious level. For example, as an adult, the same person may be afraid even of dogs which are much smaller and less threatening — the knowing at a conscious level that this is not really a necessary or appropriate reaction is not enough to defuse it.

Typically, we are not so easily influenced by singular events, which is usually a good thing, however it is a natural protective mechanism of the mind that allows this to occur. Let us look at another example which looks at this process in a different light. When a child starts to dart out into traffic or reach for a pot of boiling water on the stove and a watchful parent yells at the child with panic in his or her voice, the reaction of the parent so startles the child that it bypasses the normal filters of the conscious mind which may normally allow the child to ignore the parent or not react strongly enough to avoid harm. This is an example of natural hypnosis.

A phobia is simply a case where the “installed programming” caused by a naturally induced hypnotic incident is undesirable as it is no longer needed or it is too strong or too general.

Fortunately, the mind is flexible and malleable enough that it is capable of changing and hypnosis is the natural tool to assist the mind in making the change. Using a process of systematic desensitization, the hypnotherapist may gradually provoke the phobic reaction in the client at very low levels initially and assist the client in utilizing their existing resources to reframe their reactions to the stimulus so that there is no longer an over-reaction.

As the client becomes comfortable with being exposed to low levels of the stimulus (such as simply by thinking about it or imagining situations at a fairly low threshold of what would typically trigger the phobic reaction), the hypnotherapist can gradually assist the client in becoming comfortable (systematically desensitized) with higher and higher levels of the stimulus (such as eventually being able to be around a large barking dog without unreasonable fear). This can often be accomplished quite quickly, sometimes even in a single hypnotherapy session.

WEIGHT LOSS with HYPNOSIS WORKS!
Statistics show that out of every 200 people who go on a diet only 10 achieve their goal weight. And out of those 10 only one keeps the weight off for any reasonable length of time. The failure rate of diets is 99.95%! Will power alone does not work. Will power involves a conscious decision to alter behavior. Unfortunately, this approach alone ignores the role of the unconscious mind and the role it plays in determining our behavior. It is difficult to lose weight unless our unconscious mind is in agreement with our conscious mind.
Hypnosis can help our subconscious and conscious mind reach this agreement. Not only do diets not work, they are actually designed to fail. It's not you or your lack of will-power. Diets simply don't work! What dieting can never do is bring to light the reasons why people put more food into their bodies than is needed. Whatever causes people to overeat needs to be brought to the surface, examined and dealt with, otherwise the weight will keep coming back, no matter how many diets a person goes on.
You will learn that Food is not an Enemy
Slender people don't see food as a struggle or control issue. They don't see it as the psychological center of their lives! They don't ask themselves what they should eat. They ask themselves what they want to eat. Ask a group of slender people why they eat and they will give you a strange look. They eat because they're hungry. Just like they wouldn't put fuel in their car when it didn't need it, they would never put food in their body when it didn't need it. However, ask a group of overweight people why they eat and they can give you dozens of reasons… none of them having anything to do with food! They eat because they're angry, bored, lonely, depressed, stressed, upset, disappointed, or any of a myriad of reasons, many have had a history of trauma. Many people have learned, subconsciously, to associate food with comfort and rewards. Some use food to satisfy all kinds of hunger — emotional, intellectual, even sexual hunger. Some people experience cravings in order to fill a void; engaging in emotional eating when they feel lonely or sad hurt and angry. Other people eat to reward or to entertain themselves. Sometimes, people subconsciously choose to gain weight to counteract personal insecurity or to avoid relationships. More frequently, however, people have developed a habit of eating as a way to relieve stress and experience fleeting feelings of comfort.
“We feel the craving and we assume it's for food. The problem is that those hungers never get satisfied with food. We confuse our emotional appetite, with physical appetite”.

Going on another diet is not and has not been the answer for upwards of 85% of those who have .
“The sign of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”! ……..Albert Einstein
What if I told you there was a way to change your entire relationship with food and weight, liberating you from the deprivation and restriction of diets once and for all. A way that could put you solidly back in control of your eating habits permanently and effortlessly!
    How the Mind Works
Over the years overeating has become a habit. All habits are controlled in the sub-conscious mind. When you try to use willpower or discipline for eating you are using a tool of the conscious mind. You are literally using the wrong tool for the job. It's not going to work! Doesn't it make sense that if we want to change something that exists in the sub-conscious mind we would need a tool or method to get access to where all this overeating behavior is coming from? Sounds simple?
Simple Effective and Natural.
You are unique and your reasons for being overweight are unique. You will be amazed what it feels like to be back in control of your life. No more inner battles and struggles. Just being naturally and automatically satisfied with far less food and cravings will be a thing of the past. You will experience more peace, joy and contentment as you end weight as a problem in your life — forever.
